COVID-19 Prevention Policy

Because we are an e-commerce based business located in a private building that is not open to the public, we are able to continue to conduct business during limited hours while taking extra precautions like:
- Social Distancing
- Regular sanitation of work surfaces and hands.
- Wearing protective gear like masks and gloves during the packing process.
- All events have been postponed until further notice, and we are not allowing any customers to to enter our work space for classes or pick-ups until further notice.
- All pick-ups must be conducted briefly, outside of the building and at a distance.
Until we are told that it is safe to go back to business as usual by our local government, our processing times are extended due to limited hours of operation. As of 06/10/2020 you can expect a processing time of 5-10 business days on most jewelry orders, and 1-2 business days on all products marked "ready to ship". Please allow additional time for custom packaging or new released products.
We ship all packages via the United States Postal Service. At this time all shipping carriers are not guaranteeing delivery dates. This means that purchasing expedited shipping right now will not guarantee that your parcel arrives faster than when shipped via First Class.
We strongly recommend all customers purchase a USPS First Class Insured shipping rate at checkout for the duration of the COVID-19 outbreak. The United States Postal Service has been impacted by the virus, and has a limited number of personnel working to process and transport shipments. We do not cover costs for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during shipment. You can read more about processing and shipping policies via our policy page.
